Returns Policy

We appreciate your business at SMIC.co and are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return a product, please review our returns policy below.

Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

a) The goods have a demonstrable manufacturing fault.
b) Refunds for "Change of Mind" will be accepted within 14 days of invoice, provided that the product is unused, intact, and in its original packaging. The refund will be subject to a 17.5% restocking fee, and shipping costs will not be refunded. The return must be accompanied by a valid tax invoice.

Returns will not be accepted for custom-made or special order products. If your product is eligible for return based on the above process, please contact our Customer Service Team to arrange for a return. Please ensure that the product is properly packaged to avoid damage during delivery to our warehouse, and that all original items including packaging are returned. You may choose to return the product by your own means, or we can arrange for collection at your expense.

We will issue a refund once we have received and inspected the product at our warehouse, and determined that it is eligible for a refund under these Conditions of Sale. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used to purchase the product.

PRODUCT REPLACEMENT

If you return a product to us for replacement, please be aware that the product may retain user-generated data, and that replacement of the product may result in the loss of this data.

Examples of user-generated data include files on a computer hard drive, telephone numbers stored on a mobile phone, songs stored on a media player, or games saved on a game console. We are not responsible for any data left on the product and require you to back up your data before returning the product for repair.
